So, how does this wonder treatment actually work?
OxyPod’s patented OxyGeneo™ technology, combine exfoliation, oxygenation, and product infusion for enhanced absorption and optimal results. Triggering a natural response in your skin, the OxyPod directs your body to send oxygen to the treated area, causing a chemical reaction on the skin between the pod and the treatment gel. Millions of tiny CO2 micro-bubbles infuse gently into the skin, triggering O2 production on the inside and outside.

Once we’ve finished with the OxyPod part of the treatment, we then move onto the Radio Frequency (RF) part. Radio Frequency Skin Tightening may sound like something from a sci-fi movie but in real terms it’s a gentle process that uses heat to rejuvenate the body’s collagen processes. Safe and highly effective, RF energy delivers volumetric heat to the skin at a temperature of between 40-41°C. When the outer layers of the skin reach this temperature, it causes fibroblast activity, Collagen fibres – the key structural component of the skin – contract, causing immediate tightening. At the same time by heating up the skin fibroblast cells, which are responsible for collagen production, spring into action and begin creating new collagen. The result is restored elasticity, firmness, and long-term skin tightening.
By exfoliating then resurfacing the skin, Geneo creates the perfect environment for the infusion of essential nutrients before and after treatment. It is suitable for most skins, however due to the advanced nature of the treatment, a consultation may be advised prior to treatment.

Is my skin type suitable for this treatment?
This treatment is suitable for men and women of all ages and all skin types. There is no patch test required.
How will I feel during the treatment?
Your face will be exfoliated, massaged and infused with active ingredients to create natural oxygenation. RF delivers skin tightening and firming. The vibrating massage stimulates lymphatic drainage.
How will I look immediately after?
Cleansed and radiant – there is no redness or downtime following this treatment. UV sun protection is important immediately after and whilst it is always better to avoid make-up or skin care products for up to 24 hours this isn’t essential.
When will I see the full results?
The result of the facial is immediately visible.
Does this treatment always work?
Regardless of the condition of your skin this treatment will give you a radiant, smoother and tighter complexion. Results are immediate and will typically last a few weeks. Many clients choose to have this super facial as part of their regular skin maintenance programme. What would prevent me from having this treatment?
The following conditions would restrict you from having this treatment; pacemaker; defibrillator; pregnant or nursing; cancer; auto immune disorder and diabetes. Medication restrictions include roacutane; anti-coagulants; steroids; tetracyclines or St John’s Wort.
You CAN NOT have this treatment if;
- you have any synthetic fillers, gold threads, plastic threads or fat implants
- Mesotherapy, light peels, laser or IPL within 2 weeks of the treatment date
- Natural fillers, fractional or microneedling within 4 weeks of the treatment date
- Cryolipolysis within 3 months of the treatment date
